Shooting guides

One guide per sport, in the order the roster sees them under Shooting guides in the portal. Use Other… for a guide that is not a sport. Upload a PDF… and it is live straight away — no push, no deploy — or choose A link… for a guide that lives somewhere else. A guide is one or the other. Only the desk can upload; the roster can open and download, and only when signed in.
